Cancellation policy

We are pleased to confirm your group booking at the Arnold Schwarzenegger Museum. With your registration, your reservation is considered binding. Payment is generally made directly on site at the museum, located at Linakstraße 9, AT-8051 Thal.

Changes to the number of participants are possible and should be communicated as early as possible. However, please note that if the group size exceeds 25 participants, a guided tour inside the museum will no longer be possible due to spatial capacity. In such cases, the booked guided tour will be held in the museum garden, where the same information will still be provided. Any changes in the number of participants will of course be reflected in your booking confirmation.

If the visit cannot take place, we kindly ask you to cancel in good time, meaning to withdraw without providing reasons. In this case—i.e., if you wish to cancel a scheduled visit—your cancellation must be submitted in electronic written form (e.g., informally via e-mail to museum@arnieslife.com) in such good time that we receive your e-mail no later than 24 hours before the museum opens on the day of your planned visit.

If the group does not appear or the cancellation is not made in due time, we kindly ask for your understanding that we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total guided tour and admission fee based on the number of participants stated in the booking confirmation or last amended participant number. The fee will be invoiced to you.

Legal notice: The 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act (FAGG) does not apply to scheduled leisure services such as museum tours. By booking your group reservation, you acknowledge these cancellation conditions as binding. Your personal data will be processed exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR) for the purpose of managing your booking and, if applicable, invoicing the cancellation fee.
