Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods;

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Privacy policy
We point out that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, the web shop of ARNIE’s life GmbH stores the IP data of the user as part of cookies, as well as the name, address, and credit card number of the purchaser. No data is transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of the credit card number to the bank institute XY for the purpose of debiting the purchase price. After completing the virtual shopping or after canceling the shopping process, the data stored with us will be deleted. The data name, address, and credit card number will be stored until the delivery of the goods. Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and § 8 para. 3 Z 4 DSG.
