The exact dates of his visits remain confidential, of course, but Arnold also visits the museum in person once a year. His children Patrick, Christina, and Joseph have also been here to see the museum and explore their own roots. During his visits, Arnold usually tours the exhibition rooms with his long-time friend and museum founder Peter Urdl, and together they reminisce about their childhood and youth in Thal.

For the museum team and Arnold himself, each of his visits is of course a special event and a great pleasure!

However, his visit in the summer of 2025 was a very special highlight: Together with his “Pump Club,” Arnold founded the “Pump Club Austria.” Together, they explored Arnold’s birthplace of Thal and celebrated the conclusion of their tour at the museum, where Arnold’s fans and members of the Pump Club were able to showcase their athletic skills in the museum garden, right in front of their greatest idol.
