Cancellation Policy

We are delighted that you have chosen to book a group visit to the Arnold Schwarzenegger Museum. Once your booking request has been submitted, your reservation is considered binding. Payment is generally made on-site at the museum, located at Linakstraße 9, AT-8051 Thal, Austria.

Changes to the number of participants are possible and should be communicated to us as early as possible. Please note, however, that due to the limited capacity of the museum, guided tours cannot be conducted for groups of more than 25 people. In such cases, the booked tour will be moved to the museum garden, where the same information and stories will be presented. Any changes to the number of participants will, of course, be reflected in your booking confirmation.

If your booked museum visit (guided tour or scavenger hunt) cannot take place, we kindly ask you to cancel your reservation in good time. You may cancel your booking without providing a reason. To be valid, the cancellation must be submitted in electronic written form (e.g. by email to museum@arnieslife.com) and must reach us no later than 24 hours before the museum opens on the day of your scheduled visit.

If your group does not arrive or if the cancellation is not made within the required time, we kindly ask for your understanding that a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking price (guided tour or scavenger hunt, including museum admission) will be charged based on the number of participants stated in the booking confirmation or the most recently communicated group size. The cancellation fee will be invoiced accordingly.

Legal Notice

The 14-day right of withdrawal under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz – FAGG) does not apply to scheduled leisure services such as guided museum tours and scavenger hunts. By confirming your group booking, you acknowledge and accept these cancellation terms. Your personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of managing your booking and, where applicable, invoicing any cancellation fees, in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).
