The smoveyPOWER black is a swinging ring system consisting of a spiral tube, steel balls and a handle system that allows the balls to pass through the entire tube.

By swinging the rings forwards, backwards or in a circle, the steel balls begin to move as a free mass and generate the vibration typical of smovey by rolling over the spiral bars.

In addition to the usual effects of momentum and vibration the smoveyPOWER allows for any dynamic, for an even more intensive and flexible workout with smovey!
